Zippy was established in Kolkata with one singular objective: to build a daily backpack that withstands heavy rains, crowded commutes, and rigorous daily utility without tearing or soaking.
Instead of producing dozens of ordinary bag models, we dedicated our entire manufacturing line to refining a single flagship design.
Our 4-Stage Testing Process
1. Rain Simulation
Subjected to continuous high-pressure water spray for 30 minutes to verify fabric water resistance.
2. Load Capacity Test
Loaded with 15kg of weight and drop-tested to guarantee reinforced shoulder strap stitching.
3. Zipper Endurance
Zipper pulls undergo 50,000 continuous open/close cycles without snagging or teeth misalignment.
4. Final Inspection
Hand-inspected in Kolkata before packaging to ensure zero loose threads or cosmetic defects.
